Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to serve as the subject matter expert in designing, developing, and delivering innovative Aspire Lifestyles-branded training methodologies, standards, and curriculum. The role is responsible for training new staff, supporting the continuous development of existing employees through creative learning initiatives, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to Aspire Lifestyles clients and customers. It also involves creating a clear, accessible service offering through well-established standards and content, while acting as a custodian of the brand and values by fostering a culture that motivates learning and celebrates success

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish:
    Drive Aspire Lifestyles' corporate objectives by understanding business needs, audits, compliance standards, and planning with a KPI impact focus.

  • Innovate:
    Lead creative workshops and collaborate with stakeholders, focusing on user-centric and client-first development solutions using subject matter experts.

  • Design:
    Create blended learning interventions aligned with Design & Delivery Principles, customized for Aspire Lifestyles and appealing to diverse learners.

  • Implement:
    Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver timely, client-focused development interventions incorporating Educate, Expose & Experience opportunities.

  • Deliver:
    Facilitate development programs, train trainers, assess outcomes, and maintain development records while pursuing personal growth and calibration.

  • Embed:
    Enhance learning retention through embedding activities, internal communication, coaching, and fostering a strong brand-driven service culture.

  • Evaluate:
    Analyze and act on KPI data to measure development effectiveness, celebrate learning successes, and align outcomes with business objectives.

Job Requirement

  • Strong geographical awareness and cultural sensitivity.

  • Experience in Learning and Development within operations or technical environments.

  • Project Management experience is an added advantage.

  • Background in concierge, hospitality, luxury, or similar sectors (e.g., logistics, security, shared services).

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the banking, hotel, or travel industry.

  • Tertiary qualifications related to the service industry or adult learning and development management.

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel locally and globally as required to support Aspire Lifestyles locations.
