Position Summary

As a Lifestyle Concierge at Aspire Lifestyles Middle East Africa Free Zone Company, you will engage with diverse clients to deliver exceptional service experiences. This role allows you to showcase your customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You will manage and fulfill customer requests for both standard and high-profile clients via phone, email, and chat, utilizing various resources to provide prompt, professional, and concise responses. Upholding the highest levels of customer service and quality, you will contribute to our mission of delivering superb service, information, and communication in every interaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Independently fulfill high-profile client requests and demo tasks through various communication mediums.
  • Handle escalated customer service issues and vendor communication with discretion.
  • Ensure positive customer experiences and provide accurate, timely information.
  • Deliver services per contractual agreements and handle requests tactfully.
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their preferences and make outbound calls as needed.
  • Adhere to high-quality customer service standards and utilize resources effectively.
  • Communicate responses clearly, professionally, and concisely, representing clients' brands courteously.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance customer assistance skills.
  • Use enterprise solutions to assist customers and manage customer data.
  • Follow client and company policies when interacting with customers.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

 

Job Requirement

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
  • Working experiences : 2+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Competency: Influencing and communication skills.
  • Language requirement : Fluency in English and Arabic, fluency of French is an asset.
