Senior Digital Product Manager
 


The Aspire Lifestyles Senior Digital Product Manager will be a key addition to our rapidly evolving regional and global teams that aim to have a transformative impact on the Aspire business.


Specifically, they will be responsible for driving the digital product execution across Mobile Apps, Web, API, Messaging, and digital content functions for the Americas region.


The Senior Digital Product Manager, will be responsible for managing all aspects of specific digital executions, including product development, pricing, business requirements, technology team engagement and project management.



This position works closely with Sales and Client Relationship teams to ensure successful delivery of digital solutions to our Clients.

Key Responsibilities
 


Program Vision: The candidate will have a strong passion for digital product development and will be a champion for the platform and its projects, dedicated and focused on the long term success of the team.



Also, co-create Aspire Lifestyles’ digital products vision, strategy and execution from a business and client POV.



They will have previous experience in B2C and B2B digital initiatives who is able to articulate and deliver to a compelling forward facing digital vision for clients looking to offer lifestyle experiences and benefits through digital touchpoints.


 

Communication: The candidate will have proven strong abilities to effectively communicate, upward to Sr. Leaders as well as with peers, clients, and vendors. The right candidate will also be a very good listener and create an open forum for communication on the team.



Product Delivery: Own timely product delivery with emphasis on:



o Strategic alignment and customer satisfaction (product owner and end users),



o Quality of the product (fit with users’ needs, keeping technical debt under control, technical quality).



o Timely delivery and ongoing product ownership



o Iterative enhancements – product and value-add to client programs



o Collaborating with business stakeholders to insure that appropriate digital solutions are being delivered with profitability.



Product Management: Responsible for ensuring digital projects are planned, managed, and successfully delivered from initiation through implementation according to company standards and application development methodologies.

 


Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate new product features on an on-going basis.



Strategy: The candidate will work closely with other members of the Product Management team as well Content Managers and IT teams to develop and support the strategy championed by the Head of Digital, Americas.

· Work closely with the client, product management and development teams in coordinating tasks and deliverables.

 


· Manage issues escalated by identifying resources, tracking status, and following issues to their conclusion

Required Work Experience

 

 

· 10+ years’ experience in Digital Product or Project Management, working in large organizations, preferably in a regional role in a B2B environment

 

 

· 5+ years’ experience working in an Agile environment and well versed in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence

 

 

· Experience in travel, hospitality, retail, and customer marketing will be a huge plus

 

 

· Must have experience and background in the digital online and mobile space, knowledgeable in technology trends and platforms

 

 

· Solid understanding of project management, methodologies, and hands-on experience in managing all aspect of project delivery, including vendor relationship management, and delivering to a budget

 

 

· Experience of mobile app development is a plus

 

 

· Knowledge of WCAG and/or PCI security processes is desirable
