Content Manager, Americas
The Content Manager, Americas is responsible for supporting the Americas Region in completing Content projects while working closely with the Group Content Team. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, comfortable working on multiple projects in parallel.
This role will be tasked with coordinating projects while also being a hands-on participant on those projects. This position will require working with internal teams as well as third-parties to ensure projects are completed and approved on time.
The candidate will be expected to become an expert in one or more of the following areas: Content Management, Campaign Marketing, Transcreation. In-house training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with Client teams on projects where Content support is required
· Coordinate Americas Digital Content projects
· Work closely with Group Content Team to ensure alignment and leverage for training/support
· Develop standardized Marketing Campaign templates and operations processes
· Learn CMS and become product SME over time
· Document Content processes and SLAs, as well as project requirements, as needed
· Manage third-party content vendors and consultants
· Work with Service Delivery, Partnerships, and Client teams to assess content needs and develop recommendation for new content products
· Prepare and present project updates to internal stakeholders
· Represent Content Team at Client meetings, as needed
· Attends meetings and trainings, as required
· Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Knowledge
· Strong computer and internet skills. Able to learn quickly in a technical environment
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, required
· Demonstrated communication, writing, editing skills required
· Interest in primary Concierge recommendation categories (Travel/Dining/Lifestyle), as well as Travel experience preferred
· Experience working with CMS products, and/or project collaboration products (e.g. Jira) a plus
· Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English
Required Work Experience
· 5-10 years of Project Management, Marketing, Content Development and/or similar experience required
· Experience collaborating with a remote team preferred
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Degree and/or certifications related to Business, Content, Communications, Marketing preferred
Required Languages
· English
· Brazilian Portuguese
Travel / Rotation Requirements
· Ability to work non-standard hours, as needed, to communicate with global team
· Travel as needed
