The individual selected for this role will be responsible for fulfilling concierge specific requests for a very high profile client program, via phone, email and/or chat. We are currently looking for talent to be available for full time variable schedules including afternoons, evenings and weekends as required.

Please note that successful candidates must meet the following criteria in order to Work from Home:

 

  • Must procure, set up and maintain high speed internet access with a minimum speed of 25 mbps download / 5 mbps upload.

 

  • Must provide a private at-home office space, with a lockable door, free of distraction

Here’s what you bring to the team:

 

  • The ability to deliver white glove customer services to an elite clientele, assisting with tasks including dining reservations, ticket purchases and flower requests.

 

  • Recommend tailored solutions to the customer to drive brand loyalty.

 

  • Comfort in utilizing a variety of resources including search engines, websites and internal resources to research customer requests with the goal of delivering meaningful and valuable solutions.

 

  • Ability to navigate multiple complex systems to accurately document and research customer information.

 

  • Ability to maintain acceptable performance standards including effectiveness, efficiency and quality.

 

  • Able to work in a fast paced, structured call center environment servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone, chat, email, etc.)

 

Qulaifications:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

 

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.

 

  • 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.

 

  • Prior experience in the Hospitality or Travel industries preferred.

 

  • Must be internet savvy and proficient at navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
