The Aspire Lifestyles Head of Digital, Americas is responsible for managing all aspects of Aspire Americas Digital Offering, Strategy and Execution.  In this role, the Head of Digital will be accountable for the successful sell-in and delivery of Americas Clients’ Digital programs.  Aspects of the role will include leading assisting with business development activities, managing product development, developing, and signing off business requirements, driving internal and vendor-based technology teams and coordinating project management and delivery.  This position will be responsible for understanding and articulating the Digital lifestyles value-proposition and working closely with Finance, Service Delivery, Sales, and Client Relationship teams to ensure successful delivery and on-going management of client digital solutions.

 

Program Vision & Strategy:  


•    Define the Digital Product Strategy for the Americas.  


•    Co-create Aspire Lifestyles’ Global digital products vision, strategy and execution from a business and client POV 


•    The candidate will have a strong passion for digital product development and will be a champion for the platform and its projects, dedicated and focused on the long-term success of the team.


•    The candidate will work closely with other members of the Product Management team as well Content Managers and IT teams to develop and support the strategy championed by the General Manager, Digital Engagement

 

Business Development (BD): 


•    Become a strong strategic digital partner to Americas market and account teams and their respective clients in creating and selling in product constructs that are tailored to individual brand needs, yet scalable across client and market boundaries.  


•    Monetize and drive the profitability of digital product lines, while supporting the digital enablement of Aspire Lifestyles’ product across client footprints. 


•    Support Americas’ BD team in response to digital / technology product solutions RFP’s/RFI’s.  


•    Work with Americas BD teams to determine and set client expectations on potential digital / technology solutions, pricing and development timelines.

Digital Partnership Development:  


•    Be the business lead for defining and nurturing market-specific local digital partnerships. 


•    Develop digital partnership strategies to enhance and round out digital solutions for the Americas and across various markets.  

 

Communication:  


•    The candidate will have proven strong abilities to effectively communicate, upward to senior leaders as well as with peers, clients, and vendors.

 
•    The right candidate will also be a very good listener and create an open forum for communication on the team.


Product Delivery:   


•    Defines projects and features, leads teams in collecting requirements, writing detailed requirements.


•    Coordinates efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new features sets in support of client needs as well as global and regional digital objectives to deliver successful digital products with high quality.


Product Management:

 
•    Responsible for ensuring digital and technology projects are planned, managed, and successfully delivered from initiation through implementation according to company standards and application development methodologies.  


•    Secures required professionals, and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, and changes.  


•    Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs.


•    Work closely with the client, product management and development teams in coordinating tasks and deliverables.


Process Improvement:  


•    Aggressively identify opportunities for improvement and incorporate new product features on an on-going basis.


•    Manage issues escalated by identifying resources, tracking status, and following issues to their conclusion.


Required Work Experience 


Ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in a business setting in digital product management or digital marketing roles, developing products and collaborating with sales to showcase digital assets and other business offerings.  Additionally, candidate will work with clients to gain a quick understanding of business requirements to build out a detailed functional requirement.  Individual will have worked closely with different business stakeholders to align customer needs to deliver required overall business solutions for a client.   

 

•    Minimum 15 years’ experience in combination of b2c and b2b product management or digital marketing roles


•    Must have experience and background in the digital online and mobile space.


•    Solid understanding of project management, methodologies, and hands-on experience in managing all aspect of project delivery, including vendor relationship management


•    Experience of agile or iterative development processes


•    Experience in deploying and implementing mobile solutions and consumer facing online/web solutions. 


•    Experience through multiple complete product development cycles


•    Experience of managing business teams and external client teams


•    Geographical awareness and cultural sensitivity

Required Qualifications 


•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent on-the job experience

•    Knowledgeable in design, user experience and creatives developments


•    Experience working with banks & financial services institutions


•    Understanding of the Lifestyles space (Dining, Luxury Travel, Concierge services)


•    Preferred knowledge with technologies:  AI; CMS; Messaging platforms.


Travel / Rotation Requirements 


•    Minimal Travel as needed.


•    Fully remote to begin with (future office may be an option)
