Aspire Lifestyles Americas, Inc. is looking for hourly full-time Lifestyle Concierge dedicated to delivering flawless and personalized customer service to high-end clientele.


The individual selected for this role will be responsible for fulfilling a variety of inbound requests via phone.


Success in this role will be defined by the candidate's ability to white glove premium service to our customers.


The individual most suited for this position will have experience in delivering exceptional service in a remote capacity and a full understanding of what it means to go above and beyond to be Extraordinary Every Time.


The program that support this high-profile client operates 24/7 – 365 days a year; therefore, we ask that all Lifestyle Concierges maintain flexibility in their schedule. Weekends will be required, and current available shifts are during the afternoons and evenings. Overnight opportunity may also be available, if you are interested.


Schedule options include a 5-day workweek at 8hrs /day with TWO consecutive days off!

Work From Home Requirements:


This is a full-time work from home opportunity that will allow you to brighten lives by providing amazing service all from the comfort of your home office! Prior to starting with us your home office must meet the following requirements:


  • Your workspace must be private and at-home. It must be free of noises/distractions. You must make certain that you have a desk, ergonomically sound office chair, shredder and an entry/exit to your space with a lockable door.


  • You must already have (or be able to obtain 1 week prior to your start date) high speed internet access with a min download speed of 25mbps and a min upload speed of 5mbps.


  • Wired internet connection (cannot use Wi-Fi connection) capable of continuously supporting excellent call quality and high-speed response rate. Internet connection must be connected to modem /router through hard cable/ethernet cord.·


  • Satellite internet providers are prohibited and cannot be used due to the impact on call quality and the stability of service.


  • In addition, you must have a smart device (i.e. smart phone, i-pad or tablet) which may be used for two-factor authentication for login security.


The company will provide you with everything else you will need to ensure you are successful in your role! We provide you a 6-week virtual instructor led paid training and the next scheduled training date for this role will be in June, 2022.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required


  • This role will be answering inbound calls from card members looking to see how they may maximize their experiences while using their card, experience in customer service, hospitality is required.


  • Additionally, the individual selected for this role must be able to swiftly navigate computer systems (both on and offline), research Aspire partnerships and local resources to ensure the card member’s expectations are exceeded with great suggestions.
